Who qualifies for RNPL®?
Homeowners who are planning to sell within 12 months, buyers completing post-purchase renovations, and income property investors across the GTA. We review each application individually — contact us to discuss your situation.
Is there a minimum or maximum renovation amount?
We typically work with renovation scopes starting at $10,000. There is no stated maximum — larger projects are reviewed case by case.
What if my home doesn't sell?
RNPL® is designed for planned sale scenarios. If your timeline changes, we work with you on structured repayment terms. We'll discuss this during your application review.
Do I need to use Zumin to sell my home?
RNPL® is exclusive to Zumin Real Estate Centre. To access the program, you work with a Zumin agent for your listing. This ensures alignment on renovation scope, pricing strategy, and closing coordination.
How quickly can renovations start after approval?
Most projects begin within 2–4 weeks of approval and signed scope agreement. Timeline depends on contractor availability and scope complexity.
